Before beginning the sales process, Montgomery Hill Corporate Finance undertakes a strategic review of the business, and liaise with our client's professional advisors on various tax, legal and accounting matters . We provide advice on grooming the company for sale, and formulate a sales strategy and timetable to match our client's needs.
Once the valuation and preparation work is complete, we begin the process of marketing the opportunity to potential buyers. This includes:
- Review and identification of potential buyers
- Drafting of the information memorandum
- Maintenance of client confidentiality
- Approaching potential buyers
- Evaluation of offers received
We manage the negotiation of terms and conditions, oversee the due diligence process, and co-ordinate with advisors through to closing.
