Information leaks can unsettle employees, deter customers and suppliers, and empower competitors. Maintaining client confidentiality is a key component of our service. We provide a point of contact for all enquires, and screen candidates. Prospective buyers are required to sign a confidentiality agreement before viewing sales related material, the disclosure of which will be handled in a staged manner. We consult with you prior to the release of any proprietary information. Only when a buyer has reached the preferred bidder stage will access be provided to sensitive due diligence materials.
