Providing guidance on form and content, Montgomery Hill solicits bids from prospective buyers. The strengths of each potential bidder will be taken into consideration, including their financial arrangements and ability to execute within the required timescale. The terms of the deal are laid out in the Heads of Agreement, which we present to you for discussion. Acting as an intermediary, our objective approach and negotiation skills can be leveraged to facilitate the reaching of a final agreement satisfactory to both parties.

We will co-ordinate, and liaise with, your legal and financial advisors to prepare a timetable for completion, and facilitate the due diligence requests of the buyer. As a team, we work to remove any contingencies to the deal in preparation for the signing of the closing documents.
