A well structured, accurate, and professionally presented sales pack, including a detailed Information Memorandum, serves to reduce buyer uncertainty and expedite the process to closing.

The approach to sourcing potential buyers depends on the nature and size of the business. Strategies include proactively targeting potential buyers highlighted in the initial profiling exercise, sourcing candidates from our own active buyer database, and advertising in selective media, including local and national newspapers, trade publications, and the Internet. During this process we seek to maintain our client's confidentiality, and qualify potential buyers based on financial strength, relevant experience, and motivation.
